Whether you're taking your first breath underwater or looking to refine your diving skills, Discovering Scuba is here to guide you every step of the way. Scuba diving isn't just for adults – it's for the whole family! We offer programs for kids as young as 8 years old, so everyone can experience the wonders of the ocean together. At Discovering Scuba, we believe that people learn better with 1-1 instruction, that is why we provide bespoke private instruction on all our PADI courses and programs. We are located in Cork, and conduct the majority of our confined water and open water activities in Oysterhaven, Roberts Cove, and Dooneen Pier.

PADI Courses

Discovering Scuba offer a wide range of PADI courses. PADI (the Professional Association of Diving Instructors) is the most recognised dive training organisation worldwide with over 30 million divers and counting.

Guided Dives

Already a certified diver? You can book a shore dive with myself in Roberts Cove, Oysterhaven or Dooneen Pier. I am available Monday to Sunday, and will try plan a dive around your schedule.

Scuba Diving for Kids

With their natural curiosity and affinity to learn new skills, children can make some of the best scuba divers. Introducing kids to scuba diving is something worth looking forward to, especially for families that love the outdoors.
